Yes/No case pamphlet

The AEC is required to distribute the Yes and No cases that have been prepared by parliamentarians in a pamphlet to Australian voters.

The AEC was not involved in the development of the content in the Yes and No cases. The words in the Yes and No cases are as supplied by the respective parliamentary committees.

The cases

The Yes and No cases were both submitted to the Electoral Commissioner by the required deadline of 11:59pm on Monday 17 July 2023. They have been provided here to view – unedited and unformatted. These versions of the Yes and No cases will be replaced with the official typeset version of the pamphlet when available. The typeset version will be used for printing the official pamphlet.
