5 and 8 April – Bridgewater

5 May – Exeter

Discover Wayapa Wuurrk: A different approach to wellbeing 🌿 offered by All About Tranquil
Wayapa Wuurrk is more than just a wellness practice, it is a unique and reconnective experience that blends Earth, Mind, Body and Spirit to promote deep healing and balance. Rooted in ancient Indigenous wisdom, Wayapa invites us to nurture our relationship with the land, each other and ourselves through gentle movement, storytelling, action based practices and mindfulness.
💡 What It Is:
✅ A practice based on Indigenous knowledge, focusing on connection to Country and holistic wellbeing and accredited by IICT
✅ A blend of gentle movement based on 14 elements, storytelling and mindfulness, designed for all abilities and backgrounds
✅ A way to build cultural awareness & connection while promoting mental, physical and spiritual health
✅ A unique approach to self-care that supports reconciliation, sustainability and community wellbeing
🚫 What It Is Not:
❌ A high-intensity workout—it’s about connection, not competition
❌ A one-size-fits-all approach—Wayapa is inclusive and adaptable
❌ A spiritual or religious practice—it’s about Earth-based wisdom and mindfulness
❌ Just for Aboriginal people—Wayapa is for everyone who wants to deepen their connection to Country and self.
📍 Join us at an upcoming public event near you! We’re hosting Wayapa Wuurrk sessions statewide, offering an opportunity to experience this powerful practice firsthand.
